Delivery & order information
All prices on our website include delivery to UK mainland via courier or Royal Mail 2nd class. There is a surcharge of £2 per order to postcodes beginning with IM, HS, and ZE.
If you are local, you are more than welcome to collect from us in Drummuir; please contact us to arrange this before placing your order.
We aim to dispatch all orders within 1-3 business days; bespoke items may take longer, but this will be discussed when you place your order.
You’ll receive an email confirming when your order is on its way, and delivery usually takes 2-5 working days from then.
Larger items can be tracked via the courier’s website; tracking information will be emailed to you along with dispatch confirmation.
If you need something more urgently, please contact us before placing your order and we’ll do all we can to help.
If you’re buying a gift and would like it sent directly to the recipient, just enter their name and address in the ‘Shipping Address’ section of the checkout, and your own name and address in the ‘Payment’ section.
If you’d like us to include a note to the recipient, we are more than happy to do so; just let us know in the Additional Information box.
We’re currently unable to offer international delivery via our website, but if you’d like to discuss the options please contact us.
If for any reason you’re unhappy with your purchase, please contact us within 7 days of receipt of your order to arrange a return & refund. Unless the item is damaged or faulty, you will need to pay return shipping costs. All items must be returned in their original condition and (where possible) in the original packaging. Once we have received the returned item, we will be in touch to confirm your refund.
Unfortunately we are unable to refund any personalised orders.
If any item is damaged in transit, please let us know within 7 days.
